The Change Checklist (© 2001 Change Function Ltd) is a tool to enable managers and project managers to examine the potential impact of any proposed organisational, process or technology change on an organisation's managers, teams and individuals.

By using the tool, the likely extent of any work on the people aspect of change can be seen.  This it is hoped will encourage organisations to identify the appropriate change management activities that should be incorporated into the programme.

We recommend that an experienced Organisational Change Manager discuss the implications of the findings from use of the checklist.  If you do not have such a person in-house, we of course would be pleased to discuss the findings with you.
