Strictly speaking, the Change Method (© Change Function Ltd. 2001) in the downloadable document is not a methodology.

However, it is the tool we use to ensure that all aspects of change are considered when we are designing an organisational change programme for a client.

The document shows the key elements of people change along with many of the activities that need to be considered in order to make the change process effective.

By looking at the sequence of planning, design and implementation activities, the interdependencies can be seen and the most appropriate sequence of activities planned.
