It is part of our philosophy that all managers have a responsibility to lead.  So like it or not all managers are de facto leaders.

And all leaders have a particularly critical role to play in any organisational change programme. 

Most leaders are in their existing role because they have demonstrated particular capabilities, so our approach is not to assume that all leaders need the same level of development.

Some have a great deal of experience and expertise in managing and leading teams and individuals.  Some have wide experience of organisational change. The lucky ones have both. Yet others may be quite inexperienced or have limited knowledge of change.

By assessing the needs of each of the organisation's leaders, we can tailor specific Coaching and Development opportunities to those individuals to enhance their capabilities.

As an integral part of our work, we will where appropriate identify opportunities for leaders to learn by doing as the programme progresses.

 Effective personal leadership coaching of this nature often makes the difference between success and failure during organisational change programmes and ensures that leaders are better equipped to manage future change themselves.
