Change is disruptive and disorienting for all involved, even those who were high performers before the change took place.  

Individuals often become confused, angry, frightened and/or resistant to the proposed changes.  And change affects the dynamics of and between teams.

Even people in favour of the changes need time to experiment and reorient themselves in the 'new world'.  

Our team and individual coaching and development activities are designed to foster involvement in, and generate commitment to, the changes and to equip people with the skills they need in the new environment.  

Our aim is to transition people through the ‘change curve’ as quickly and effectively as possible.

Our skills in facilitating change include employee involvement and communications, team design, team building

We also devise and facilitate sessions that enable teams to problem solve, resolve contentions, create new possibilities, set targets and objectives, design effective change and manage their own responses to change.
