clear focus on working with organisations and individuals to help them design
and implement effective business change through their people.
We believe that all organisations are unique and that
the issues they face in implementing change vary considerably. Each has a unique
set of skills and capabilities in their managers and team members. Yet each
organisation will have gaps in it's ability to manage the change.
Building on existing strengths, our aim is to transfer
all the necessary skills and capability to managers and team members whilst
guiding them through the change process.
We do not adopt a 'mother knows best' approach. People
usually know their own organisation inside out. Rather, we act as mentors
and coaches to those going through the change whilst bringing an external
perspective and wide experience of change issues in from the 'outside'.
Additionally, through our independent facilitation
services we can enable managers and teams to analyse and solve difficult
problems, make difficult decisions and even generate creative possibilities
which they might not otherwise be able to do without an independent person
controlling the process.
